Sickboy Podcast: The Art of Digital Healing
Recently, Common Language DST founder Mike Lang and Level 3 facilitator Kristy Wolfe were guests on the Sickboy podcast on CBC. Kristy had met host Jeremie Saunders at the Children’s Healthcare Canada conference in Vancouver and they got to talking about how much cross over there is between what their podcast and the digital storytelling Common Language facilitators do.
Around the 35 minute mark in the podcast Kristy asked Jeremie what he thought of the digital storytelling session he participated in at the conference. His response resonated with many of the Common Language facilitators. He replied, “It was the moment where it completely transformed the way that I looked at what we do with Sickboy. Not only is what we are doing something that brings us joy, but it is also something that is deeply meaningful for the people that participate in this with us.”
